Room was clean bed was comfortable, bathroom vent was rusty and dusty, ventilation in bathroom was terrible, faucet in sink was loose and leaked all over counter and on floor, window had one inch gap which could not be closed.

Rude, obnoxious employee at the front desk check-in!!! No breakfast!!! Coffee and bagels is not a breakfast!! The horrible selection of cable TV channels were in unbelievably old 480 fuzzy view. Not High Definition!!!! Why would you EVER suggest this place?

Due to some of the statements here, I'm wondering if you are grading the correct hotel? Though we cannot serve the Hampton breakfast buffet due to CDC regulations/ pandemic we have Grab and Go breakfast bags containing several items, we don't just serve one item with coffee and we do not have bagels. If you noticed the channel guide on the desk in the room, you would have seen that we have over 40 channels, most in HD. Thank you

The breakfast was not as good as other Hampton Inns. The lobby was excruciatingly hot. This Hampton inn may be in line for a remodel. The pool was excellent.
