"Paid for an upgraded suite only to be told at check in - the room had never been cleaned and we were downgraded to a small room with only 2 beds for 3 adults. "Carpet in the room was full of food crumbs . The TV remote didn't work. Had maintenance come to the room to fix it but you couldn't change the channels unless you were directly infront of the TV. I've stayed here a lot lately but this night was a disappointment."
