The room was Dirty so was the hallway very loud sounded like we were in a party house never stay on the third floor

Checkin was terrible. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. After the staff finally got to the front desk the keys we were given didn’t work in our door.

Check in was quick and easy. When we got to our room, everything seemed fine until the bathroom. Someone had left a nasty surprise that the house keeping staff comepletely missed. However, the woman working the front desk seemed genuinely appalled when we told her and immediately gave us a whole new room, which was very appreciated. With the exception of that one bathroom, the rooms, lobby, and hallways were clean and pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If I had to complain about anything, and this is nit-picking, it would be that you could very clearly hear everything going on outside the door in the hallway. Every door that opened and closed, the vacuum cleaner, talking, and the trash being taken out. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN FOR ANOTHER STAY and reccomend this hotel.

Very limited vending machine options; one machine totally gone from a floor. Floor in room felt unclean...crumbs on carpet from last guest. Counters felt greasy.

absolutely horrible

This place was beyond filthy and staff was no help at all. We checked in got upstairs to our room and walked right back out. Biggest waste of time ever.
