Your stay includes a primary bedroom with a Helix Midnight Lux mattress and premium Brooklinen sheets, assuring the utmost comfort. The living room’s designer sofa converts into a queen bed, offering breathtaking harbor views and accommodating four guests comfortably.

As the heart of this neighborhood is Federal Hill Park, a lush hilltop haven offering panoramic views of the Baltimore skyline and the neighboring Inner Harbor.
This community is buzzing with life, hosting a collection of trendy bars, boutiques, art galleries, and eclectic restaurants. Make sure to visit Cross Street Market, a modern reincarnation of the historical marketplace, where local vendors serve a diverse menu of culinary delights.

*Security Deposit: A refundable $500 deposit, ensuring FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape stays pristine. (Note: The hold begins two days before check-in, and refunds may take up to 7 days, subject to your credit card company)
Are you eager to start early or linger a little longer? Request an early check-in or late check-out for $52.50 each. While we strive to fulfill these requests, if it's not possible, we'll let you know and issue a refund.

At FLOHOM, the gentle sway and movement in response to the currents and breezes are integral parts of the unique experience we've crafted just for you. This subtle motion invites you to truly go with the flow, allowing for a deep connection with the tranquil rhythms of water life. Rest assured; our FLOHOMs are thoughtfully engineered for stability, ensuring comfort while minimizing any excessive sway.
For those who may be sensitive to motion, we suggest considering the use of Dramamine and/or a Relief Band before your stay. These measures can help ensure your time with us is nothing short of blissful.
NAVIGATING WIND ADVISORIES
While strong winds are a rarity, they can occasionally introduce an abnormal lateral sway. Our dedicated team closely monitors weather and wind forecasts, ensuring we're well-prepared to communicate with our guests in a timely manner should the forecast indicate strong winds during your visit. Your incredible experience with us is our utmost priority. In the event that strong winds are expected to affect your stay, we're equipped with several proactive measures to maintain the comfort and quality of your FLOHOM experience.

Please be respectful of the space and everything in it, as well as be respectful to your neighbors.
1. To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests and the neighboring liveaboards, quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, which are strictly enforced. FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape is noise monitored by indoor and outdoor noise awareness sensors, which will monitor the decibel levels on the vessel but are not active listening or recording devices.
2. The maximum number of overnight guests is four. The maximum number of guests on the houseboat at any one time is eight.
3. Parties are prohibited. However, we welcome the celebration of special occasions in small gatherings, like hosting friends and family for dinner. If you celebrate a special occasion, please refrain from using glitter, confetti, and double-sided tape on the walls.
4. To ensure the comfort and health of all guests, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy inside and on all decks, as well as within 20 feet of entrances. This applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and any other smoke or vapor-producing products. Violators will incur a cleaning fee of up to $500 for restoring the space to a smoke-free condition.
5. FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape is designed with the needs and preferences of adults in mind, and as such, it's not the best fit for families with young children. Children 10 and older are allowed. Our goal is to create a peaceful and relaxing environment that adults best enjoy, and we believe that by setting an age limit, we can ensure that our guests have the best possible experience during their stay.
6. Currently, pets are not permitted. However, we do plan to accommodate our furry friends in the future.
7. For safety reasons, we strictly prohibit jumping, diving, and swimming from FLOHOM 1| Bay Escape and the marina piers. While we understand the allure of the water, it's important to ensure everyone's well-being and avoid any potential accidents or injuries.
8. We kindly request that you refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers breathtaking views and a wonderful space to relax, exercising caution and preventing any potential accidents or falls is essential.
9. For the safety and integrity of FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape and its mooring, we ask guests to refrain from adjusting the dock lines; our dedicated FLOHOM concierge team or Oasis Marinas staff are available to assist you in case of any concerns or issues with the dock lines. If you suspect a problem, please contact our concierge team, and we will promptly address the situation.
10. Please close all sliding doors and windows when you leave. This will help keep the boat secure and prevent damage from the elements. Keep all screen doors and windows closed when you're on the boat. This will prevent insects from entering the boat.
