Valet parking only, which we were not aware of. Complimentary breakfast was meh. Food was lukewarm at best. Too many people. Not enough refilling. Hotel was overrun with very rude bicyclists the day we checked out. Bikes everywhere. No respect for other guests. The location was perfect for what we were doing. Will consider another hotel with free parking if we stay in Baltimore again

we picked because near ball park. what we didn't like....they turned off the ice machines...ok but put up sign telling what to do.....we found out my shower was broken....mant. new this but check us in the anyways...did not offer to do any thing....the elevator broke, ok but put up a sign......toilet plusher was left in hall for 24hrs. someone finlley moved it.....hall did get cleaned the 3 days we were there

Only the night shift desk clerks were nice and hospitable. The day shift clerk acted like it annoyed her to find something for you as simple as a trash bag. The free "bagged" breakfast was a joke. You didn't get to choose anything. You received a piece of fruit, a pack of instant oatmeal, a nutrigrain bar and a bottle of water. Again no choice of flavors or type of fruit. Not everyone can eat strawberries, bananas, oranges or anything flavored with those. They also didn't provide extra packs of creamer or salt, condiments etc.... I asked for extra creamer and salt and was told that I could walk to the convenience store across the street. They may have it.
