The hotel in general was clean and it’s very modern and appealing. My only complaint is that the bed was so hard. It took me hours to fall asleep and I woke up sore every morning. Also, there was a weird noise coming from somewhere in my room too. I was on the top floor so I don’t know if it came from the roof, or actually was in the room. Other than that, my stay was pretty good.

The room itself was in good condition. The check-in and check-out process was a disaster. The staff did not seem to have procedures for two people sharing a room with different names, and both of our credit cards were charged the full amount after check-out. For a hotel in a major city, I would hope that there are better procedures for managing reservations and payment.
