property was in a great location and close to the water. unfortunately the rooms were dirty. curtain had stains , bed coverings stained and the bathroom needed maintenance. shower door was missing rubber gasket so the water was running on to the floor. toilet seat was extremely loose. had to call maintenance as i walked in and the smoke detector was chirping. rooms need some paint as the walls were scuffed up everywhere and very noticeable.

Check in was fast and pleasant. The room was clean and it had a small glimpse of the water and Inner Harbor. I would absolutely stay here again. Parking prices were only negative.

Uninviting

I never mind paying a little more and I usually feel like the Hilton name means something. My family had a late check in and I called the day prior to assure my reservation would be geld and it was, thank you! ipon artival the staff was very uninviting, could have cared less to help us. Our room eas fine but very noisy which I do not feel is typical of this Hotel ora. So yes disappointing.

Love the close stores.

I had a great time. The hotel was amazing. Valet and the bell-hop was terrific. Also valet is 24hrs $35 per night; not bad at all. The only problem I had was the room that I stayed in door gave me problems. It was times where I would be standing in the hallway trying to enter my room for several minutes at times. I was told by hotel staff that they were sending an engineer up. However they never came, nor was I compensated in anyway. Never the less I'll most definitely stay at this hotel if/when I return the area.
