Room was not equipped, we had to go ask for items normally in rooms (ice buckets, cups, hair dryer, ironing board, etc.). Maybe they have had issues with loosing items in the past. The room provided what we needed, a place to stay for the night on Route 66 trip.

Tv's didn't work when we checked in. Took few hours to get them working then it kept going in and out. Worked fine in the morning. Coffee maker didnt work but they did replace it.parking was difficult making unloading luggage difficult. Staff was friendly and tried hard to be accommodating.

This is a very conveniently located hotel, modestly priced, clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast. The staff are very nice, and I have stayed here several times while passing through. I will stay here again the next time I need to stop in the Bloomington area.
