Staff at this Hotel are very nice and took good care of us. Room was nice and warm on a cold day. Great experience!

I did not get the room I paid for I had to pay for breakfast a had to pay to cancel a room I never booked was not a great time

The staff member at the front desk was atrocious. Sat in the back office and made people wait for 10 minutes before she came out. When she did....no apology....just said "last name". Never looked at you. It was as if we were a nuisance that we were even there. Never give this dump my business again

The first room was occupied by someone else. The second room was dirty. The third room was fine, but the housekeepers came in at 8:30 am because the front desk didn't have me in the right room. BAD experience.

We have stayed at this location within the last 3 years. Pricing seemed high and facility is starting to show its age like the shower. We did not use the breakfast benefit we paid for and the location could not reduce our fee when we told the front desk we would not use it breakfast. We were in town for a family funeral/ Thank you

Common areas were very nice. Staff was very friendly. The room space was nice. We really enjoyed having the extra kids room. The hot tub looked very brown/dirty as did the rugs in our room. The shower needs to be recaulked. Breakfast was a very poor offering especially for paid. We left and went to a local restaurant.
