Staff was super nice and friendly. The room was not very clean, though, and it was pretty loud outside because of the college kids hanging out at the restaurant down the street, which must be open 24 hours because at 1:00 am, they were still out there.

The lobby photo shows the only part of the hotel that has been updated. There was only one person on staff the night we stayed, and we had to switch rooms because some of the lights in our room weren't working and no one was available to fix the problem.

The accumulated dust in the room heater had not been vacuumed. There was an annoying squeak when we used the heater and the on/off switch needs repair. Bathroom needs some updating.

Front desk was on the phone outside when I arrived. Stayed on the phone with another employee throughout check in. Room was standard, cleanliness and state of repair was a bit questionable as well. Broken tub drain and toilet seat as well as cracked caulking, drywall and some areas that looked to have been recently patched and not painted. Lighting options in the room were either completely on or pitch black. Need to add some lamps.

It was very quiet! The room was very spacious and nice. The first lady that check me in at 3pm was very nice and friendly/ The only thing is that the coffee machine in my room did not work, I reported it and the man that answered the phone said okay, and they have coffee available in the lobby all day!

Disaster from the moment we entered

Pros: Decent price
Cons: Cleanliness, accuracy of amenities
The negative experience started the moment we checked in. After having confirm six weeks ago that the hotel had a room that would accommodate my disability, I found out that this was not the case. Employees themselves are not aware of what they could offer a disabled person. This lack of knowledge could really harm someone with a disability, as it could leave them unable to find a room that could meet their needs in any fashion. Because I was not able to find a hotel that could meet my needs, we decided to try and make the work this room work at the Ramada. When we entered the room, we noticed a slight smell, but we decided to live with it because we are tired. The room was not clean. The walls had stains and there were spots on the ceiling. The sheets had some type of stain on it, and the bed cover had a small urine stain on it. The sink in the bathroom was not clean, along with any of the surfaces in the hotel room. The air conditioning unit smelled when it was operated. During the night I heard scratching, and just before waking up, it was apparent that there was a mouse running around in a room. And then dawned on us that the smell was a mouse nest, and there was a mouse living in the air conditioning unit. I politely inform the front desk. However, I was not offered any type of compensation.

Dear Guest, I am sorry for the confusion with my front desk staff at check in. There is no excuse for lack of knowledge and I will make sure this does not happen again. Please accept my deepest apologies. I hope you will give Ramada's in general another chance .

Poor weekend

We stayed here with granddaughter , one reason was for indoor pool. Was disappointed that the pool was not heated, but grand daughter swam until small pool was filed with kids from a birthday party. They filled the pool and were very rude. We had to leave. Went back later and a woman and two kids who were not staying at the hotel occupied the pool . No one else could swim. At night there were teenage boys running the halls and slamming doors all night.. I was awakened at least 10 times. At six in the morning ,gave up on any sleep. Both nights. The breakfast was scarce due to the boys and no one to replenish food and dishes especially cups.
