Pool and hot tub area were great, especially for my kids. Breakfast was top notch and filling! Had very loud “neighbors” whose small children were up way past 11pm banging on the walls. Trash under the bed when we walked in. Beds are very soft.

The continental breakfast was excellent. The pool and hot tub were great. Beds were super soft to the point of sinking into them. There were wrappers under the bed when we walked in. Family to the left of us let their 2 toddlers bang on the walls until midnight which was unpleasant while trying to go to sleep. Parking lot was a bit too dark for my liking.

Wrong Room Number

When we checked in we were given our room keys. We left and went shopping. When we arrived back for the night, we went to our room and the keys wouldn't work. I called the front desk and told them what was going on. They told me to come to the desk and get new keys. I said I'm standing here with all of my luggage can someone bring them? She said, "I guess so." I then said can you please make sure the room assigned to us matches the one written on the key envelope. She checked and said no, that's not the right room. So luckily we didn't go back down and get new keys for the wrong room! That could've been a bad situation for us and another guest! Luckily our keys worked in the actual room we were supposed to be in.

I am fairly critical of places I stay, this place, very nice. They are a standard room, retro to a point, but very nice for a one nite concert stay.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and as they continue to renovate it continues to improve. This place keeps a nostalgic feel but with modern touches. Had a chance to talk with one of the partners who was a very nice guy. Great to support the non-traditional hotels when the owners are such great people. We will stay again and look forward to seeing it improve as they continue the renovations!

Food was good. Bed and pillows great. Shower was horrible. Shower wall only went 1/3 of the way. Water everywhere. Did not drain. Looks good bit bad all around. Asked for new remote that did t work. Staff said they would bring a new one. Never did and never showed up.

We love it there. My husband works out there but he drives far to get home so once a month we pick a day and stay, I drive and meet him after work. It keeps getting better and better. The new pool area is awesome
