"The breakfast staff didn't understand English well enough to easily answer questions. The pool needs replastering on bottom or whatever you call it. If not opening windows for ventilation maybe some sort of exhaust fan? My grandkids call the pool........One big chlorine tablet. Strong and can never see your feet while in pool. Googles didn't even give underwater vision. 2nd stay there. Nice enough to use again. Convenient to take 6th right to downtown. Convenient to hop on bypass. I know pet friendly....but too much for non pet people to have dogs in pool area and in breakfast area. Do not understand why that's allowed. Very slow elevator...but I believe it's old hotel. For the price.....I'm happy. I'd use again. I'm not a fancy traveler."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the Amtrak and the major Lincoln sites, which was a real plus for us. The downtown area is charming and extremely clean. I breakfasted each morning of the three-day visit, and the dining room staff went out of their way to be helpful every time---wonderful attitudes and gracious manners. The breakfast buffet was delicious Shawn was welcoming every morning. His warmth is a real asset to the hotel. Sherry went out of her way every day to ensure I had a good breakfast, going the extra mile, and Heather who I met just once was excellent, too. Perhaps the hotel could use an update, however, I've stayed at more up-to-date hotels, and it is always the staff for me, that is the most important element. The helpful staff at the lobby, was appreciated, and the free shuttle to the Amtrak was a real plus. But, for me the real benefit for staying here, was the breakfast staff, who started out my day with warmth and kindness, and I'll always rememebr this."

"The lady at the front desk, Neshe, was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, went out of here way for us. She gave us warm clean towels upon arrival and even went out of her way to make some coffee for my husband The room was very clean, quiet, and the bed was great."
