This was the worst hotel I have ever booked; my daughter was scared. I was charged before I got to the property even though it was a reserve now pay later booking. The room was filthy with roaches and mold. The front desk attendant was rude and did not want to refund me after I brought the situation to him. Once the room was finally canceled and refunded I received a fraud alert from my bank; the hotel tried to charge my card $75. Do Not Stay Here!

The room was very musty smelling. The wall around window was warped and stained. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom toilet was loose. Handle on wardrobe was broken. Door was ruined by animal chew marks. Refrigerator did not work. The walls were filthy. The smoke detector did not have batteries and was broken. The shower staff was disgusting. The breakfast was poor. Not enough of anything. Light was out in bathroom. You could tell that an animal ruined ruined room.
