There are 4 cameras, one being a Vivint camera, and 3 Security cameras out back, recording 24 hours. There are no cameras inside the unit.

The Details:

The kitchen features a stainless-steel fridge, convection oven/microwave, cooktop, Keurig, Blender, Toaster, Kettle, and pretty much everything you need to prep a meal.
The Master bathroom boasts a tiled walk-in shower, where you'll find toiletries and plenty of towels.

Smoking of any kind & Hookah is NOT Permitted. A $500 damage fee will be taken.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. A $500 damage fee will be given, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
There is a $10 damage fee for towels.

Absolutely NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS. IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN THERE IS A $1,000.00 FINE AND YOU will be asked to leave with no refund.
Absolutely NO LOUD MUSIC.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 10 AM. You will be fined $300.00 if this rule is broken.
I will be available 24/7 for any questions.
