"The hotel is lovely and incredibly relaxing. We never had to play the beach towel game — there were always plenty of spots with umbrellas. The beach was cleaned every day and the water was amazing. Our concierge (Sorally) from Expedia was excellent: very efficient, easy to talk to, and she took care of all our dinner reservations. We really enjoyed the food, especially the fresh sushi every day. Overall, a wonderful stay. We would definitely return!"

"We just got back from an amazing 4 nights at the Zel!! Our Concierge Andre was awesome! Very attentive and helpful. He responded to all of our questions and made all our activity and restaurant bookings for us!! Gabriel at the pool was SO amazing and attentive! Super high energy and lots of fun! Ricardo at the beach was so attentive and kind! We can't say enough about all the staff! They really made our vacation enjoyable. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to celebrate! The hotel is beautiful, food is very good and the activities are great! The Spacktail experience was really lovely and unexpected. The only suggestion is that they have the poolside restaurant open for dinner. There are limited dinner options and that restaurant was lovely! "

"Our stay was over our expectations. It was absolutely amazing and fantastic. The staff in our opinion is the best asset of a resort, they were really helpful, friendly and a most; very fun people. They always asked us if we need something and they treat us like vip!. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very elegant, fancy and at the same time very tropical. The spa is above and beyond, that means if you want to relax and renew yourself this is your place. It is so special and beautiful that I felt like in another planet. The beach and the pool area are amazing. The concierge service was 24 hours for us, Junio Taveras was our host and make it happen everything that we needed and more. He was the best service that we received, thanks so much Junior again!. The animation staff like Jeffrey was so fun and nice vibe that we got a lot of fun. Mercedes and Benjamin at the morning buffet were really helpful and full of energy. Rebeca at the check have the most amazing smile to start your stay and Ana Hidalgo did our check out so well that we didn’t want to leave the resort. I highly recommend the stay if you want to renovate your soul, have a fun and fancy holidays and also have an amazing food. Thanks so much guys for absolutely everything! "

"I had a swim out room, it had a jacuzzi and a cabana we LOVED it. The room was spotless and housekeeping was great, room service was very prompt my concierge Emmanuel was perfect. The shuttles were great when it did rain and the staff in general were kind, fun and always smiling. We will definitely be coming back. I went to Dreams back in 2020 so coming this second time was great and I loved all the renovations that were done!!! 100/10 "
