At that point my partner started responding on my behalf and told her she was unprofessional and shouldn’t speak to me that way. She escalated the situation and called me a “broke N-word.” My partner and I both lost our tempers and started yelling at her. She further escalated the situation by Face-timing a male and said he was on the way. We left before seeing a manager because we had to make our flight. Never going back. "
