Our room had been recently renovated and was immaculate. The staff was pleasant. I believe we were charged a resort fee which was unexpected. The parking area under the building was very convenient. The hotel is a block away from dozens of restaurants. The hotel lobby was impressive, The free breakfast was excellent,

Assigned room on 3rd floor that was definitely in need of remodeling. Room was not pleasant to sleep or bathe in. Asked for a remodeled room and as given one on the 6th floor which was much better. But still lacked cleaning especially the bathroom and room entry doors. Staff was nice and were as accommodating as possible but I personally would not stay here again it simply did not meet my expectations.

The room was very clean. Faye at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel is one block away from “Downtown Hollywood “ restaurants and shops. Also very close to Hollywood Beach driving or walking (2.2 miles). Publix and Walgreens 5 minute walking distance. Only thing no microwave in the room. Would stay again.
