Crazy policy
Stay was fine but they implemented a new policy which is crazy. If you extend your stay online they make you checkout at 11 and check back in at 3:00. Make zero sense and a total inconvenience. Been staying there for years but looks like I’ll have to find another location in the future.

Worst Hotel EVER!
The daytime front desk agents are a bit rude, and God forbid if you are slightly late for check out!!! They took my $20 cash deposit as a fine for going a bit past 11 am check out-all because I had to make 2 trips to my car!! If you aren’t out BEFORE 11, they send someone from housekeeping to knock on your do and their manager tries to get the key from you!!! I would’ve given them the key if I didn’t have to take an extra trip to the car!! This is about the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel stay!!! If this had been a pleasant experience, I might have given this review more stars, and the hotel more of my business!!! I guess my business or my review isn’t needed or appreciated. I stayed 2 nights-the first was fine, the second one was about the worst!!! Stay away from here if you want more comfort and you need to stay slightly past 11 am checkout!!
