This gorgeous property is situated on the picturesque Broadway Lake in Anderson, SC, offering 300 acres of pristine water ideal for pontoon rides, fishing, and making unforgettable memories. This tiered lot boasts an impressive 100 feet of water frontage and a private dock, complete with four kayaks (3 single and one tandem), a paddleboard, and various floats and water fun for guests to explore the lake at their leisure. There is also a 6 person premium hot tub spa for your enjoyment!

The Space:
Inside the house, panoramic views of the tranquil lake are the centerpiece of the living space, providing an open and bright atmosphere.

Guest Access:
You will have access to everything except the boathouse and the basement

Those looking to host an event or enjoy a day out can visit McFall's Landing, which is conveniently located less than a quarter-mile drive away, where guests can launch their boat or schedule an event.
