The room was 2hrs late from being ready. My key stopped working the 2nd day. I had to go and get a new one. There were buckets in the hallways collecting water from a leak in the main lobby. Lastly, there was no one at the lobby when I went to drop off my key, there was no one there.

Too many out of order signs

Too many things were not working to say this was a good stay. The air conditioning is very loud and there were very loud noises in the floor above prior to 6am. Both of those led to not much sleep. If more things were working properly it would get a better review. Staff was good and it was clean overall.

Comfortable. Convenient to the Cuyahoga Valley Natl Park. Friendly, professional staff. Hall carpets could use a good vacuuming, otherwise clean. Nice to have a hot breakfast.

Entire hotel smelled bad, rooms smelled worse, like body odor and urine. Rude staff. Maids smelled like they breathe marijuana . ‘Free breakfast’ is a joke. Musty. Broken toilets, missing tv remotes. Find someplace else to stay.
