The original room was not the one I requested as it didn’t match the room I picked on the app. It was supposed to be a king bed but instead had two double beds. The beds were made up but the linens were stained snd one of the beds had long hairs in it. The room also didn’t look as it had been cleaned with care from the look of the floor. I went to management and they found me another room which did match the description of what I picked and the linens were acceptable. However, it too had an issue I found out overnight which was there was a leak perhaps from the toilet because the floor was wet around it. This property really needs to be overhauled and a better cleaning staff hired. I may not be picking this property again in the future.

This was the worst motel ever. The room had bugs everywhere, trash under the night stand and bathroom vanity, spilled drinks on the dresser from previous people, holes in the bath towels and wash cloths, and the floor was black. I sent pictures and my complaint to their headquarters, asking the cleaning staff and management be terminated. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless changes have been made since September, 2025.

The cleaning crew should be immediately fired. There was trash under the bathroom vanity, spilled drinks on the coffee table, bugs on the floors and walls, the bath towels had holes in them, and the floors were black with dirt, mud, and who knows what else, and so I had to bleach them before I could let my family enter the room. It was the dirtiest room I have ever seen. I sent a complaint directly to the motel and havent heard anything back from them.
