"Ocean view; very nice!"
Had an adjoining room at first, but requested a change. The staff was very accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed a great massage by Truly also!!

"Excellent hotel in front of the beach"
I absolutely loved this hotel and its friendly hotel staff. They are all very attentive. The hotels pools are stunning and we will definitely go back but this time with the whole family. We visited sep 2 to sep 5 and even though it rained almost every day we were there it was so warm we didn't mind :) I would give this hotel 6 stars if it had the option

"Good stay"
I will be back, but I would like to see some changes. This is probably my 20th time at this hotel. It has recently changed administration and I noticed things that have to improve. It does not matter if they were established by past or present administration. - Gym Fee: simply insulting, this is year 2015 people - Building seems to be falling apart: if you stand in front of the main building ,deterioration is obvious. I understadn this is a old property, but it continues to charge premium fares, so maintenance is not an option - Sellers in front of the beach: the amount of sellers in the beach is ridiculous. The Princess offers sunshades/toldos in front of the beach, but you can barely see the sea (no pun intended) because sellers invade the area, including placing their onw sunshades/toldos.

"Good, but with issues"
So the hotel itself when we got into the room was very clean, the view is amazing. Also the fact that it is right on the beach is also a huge plus. a HUGE plus was the front staff was VERY knowledgeable about things going on in town and we had some questions about bus tickets and they were able to send us exactly where we needed to be. That said, there were some things that I think should be worked on. 1) My room had a small leak from one of the 2 sinks in the bathroom. They knew about it because before we even saw it a repair person came to our room to fix it, but was unable to so one of our sinks had only hot water. I feel that known issues should be addressed before a guest is sent to the room. 2) Room service- one of the meals (we had 3 room service meals) it did take the a while to retrieve the table after we called. Also one dish I ordered 3 times, and the plate had 3 different variations of sides with the main dish, so I would like to see more consistency. With that said, each variation was delicious, and the food was very well prepared with nice presentation. 3) The room was with our children, and while the shower and toilet had their own doors, the main part of the bathroom was separated by the rest of the room by a mirror with a decorative border that was not solid so you could see through to where people dressed/undressed and probably isn't suitable for a family or people who you aren't comfortable seeing you dress/undress.
