The pictures are far from the reality of this property and the rooms. The rooms are old, crusty, and itchy. The parking lot was scary at night and the air is locked and you cannot lower it yourself. The small window unit is not enough to cool down the entire room. We made a second trip to Rancho Mirage the next month and opted to stay elsewhere because this property was not comfortable at all.

The Hotel is fairly old and the hallways need new rugs and sprucing up. Because of the Indian Wells tennis tournament, paying nearly $500 per night was excessive. The bright spot was Jason at the front desk he is amazing

The property was fine. Smelled like smoke in the halls, beds could be more comfortable, and fridge made clicking sound which was hard to sleep well. Overall - I wouldn’t stay there again, but you get what you pay for. It was really cheap.

Rancho Mirage Visit

This is a nice property with great accessibility to the area. The room was very comfortable. We were a little disappointed with the morning breakfast options. When we checked in, we were asked if we wanted daily housekeeping service. We declined. However, on the second day of our stay, we came into the room later in the day and found that the room had been cleaned, despite our request that we have no housekeeping service. This was disconcerting. We were also surprised that the room did not offer recycling service.

Parking problems

I enjoyed my stay but it was so dark in the room even with the lights on. The parking was also a problem since it’s shared by holiday inn and restaurants. Designated parking would help with this problem.
