"The staff were ALL super helpful and friendly. That is the absolute saving factor for this property. Major renovations in the lobby day and night with dust everywhere and kind of unsafe with cealing work going on and customers walking in it. Property over all appeared to be just left as is pending a possible future major renovation. Tun down and slightly dirty vibe. Executive club was small and run down, room floor looked like no vacuuming in corners, japanese style toule didnt work, no toilet paper, ice machine on floor wasn't working, bedding looked dirty, no microwave in rooms. Location pretty convenient. Not worth the price."

"The hotel staff was amazing! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely updated and very modern. Rooftop deck was a wonderful bonus with great views! The hotel was in walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops as well as a bus line that made for easy and cheap access to downtown and Pikes Place Market. I’d definitely recommend staying here."

"The hotel is challenged with only one working elevator. We learned one of the 2 elevators has been not working since January which is very concerning to not be able to be fixed over the course of several months. I hadn’t researched to learn there is no coffee maker in the room, however available 4 am - 7 am free in the lobby. After 7 am, you can purchase coffee in the on premise restaurant. While the room was fine and bed comfortable, it is an older hotel with older bathrooms."
