"Close to Pike Market and the Cruise Terminal. Breakfast is expensive with not much choices. Some people are smoking marijuana on the streets close to the hotel like it’s nothing. With the price I pay, I could have stay to someplace more comfortable."

"This place has many pluses! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is great for walking to places like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. We appreciated the on-site coffee and surprisingly lux toiletries, and the rooftop deck is a lovely place to unwind. We had few complaints, other than a not-so-plush mattress and pillows. You may encounter some people experiencing homelessness in the area."

"Worst Check in experience I have ever had. Check in listed as 4pm we arrived at 10:30am to stow our luggage and was told by front reception to try around 2pm to check in as rooms become available then. Luckily we did not We returned at 4:05pm to check in the room was still not ready we were told to go explore the town. As we were exhausted from travelling we waited a further two hours in the lobby with no updates or assistance from reception with other people waiting to check in we were told when we asked it was due to members late check out. We were given an option to take a smaller room but no refund or compensation We got into the room at 6:38pm to find there was not enough towels or even bedding for the sofa bed which we mentioned was the reason we needed the bigger room. We had to change plans with friends because of the incompetence of the staff no one communicated with each other and they just blamed each other or other guests late check in If they knew the room was booked they should not be offering late check out to previous guests When we opened the sofa bed the rubbish underneath was disgusting As we were getting our bags from stowage the kitchen hand walked out and smashed plates near us no one checked to see if we were ok just the hopeless reception came over looked at the plates on the floor and said “oh they broke plates” There was no body wash in the shower container and one toilet paper roll For waiting so long I would of expected better cleaning"

"Our room was very hot and ac not working. Gave us a fan to use didn't help. Parking was a block away and up a steep hill. Not good for people our age. Street noise was very loud. Finally got to sleep around 4 am. Restaurant very expensive for drinks."
