"Amazingly one of the best hotels- when you first walk in the door- it smells like an international spa! Absolutely love it! The front desk makes it greater - Julie greeted my daughter and I at check-in, so nice, welcoming amd kind in explaining a few things. She gave my daughter's puppy a bag of "paw" goodies. Most definitely will be booking my next staycation here. The location is perfect in the downtown area. We will be back!! The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfy. We slept very peaceful. If you are thinking about booking here do it!!!! In addition, the entire staff we encountered were just kind and everyone smiles at you."

"This is one of our favorite places to stay in downtown Minneapolis. Once again, it did not disappoint with friendly welcoming staff, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds and pillows. Easily walkable to Loring Park, Hennepin Ave, First Avenue/7th Street Entry, The Main, the river… all the good stuff. Bonus: We watched it storm and rain crazy hard through our room’s giant windows."

"We stayed for 3 nights and everyone was lovely to talk to, they helped us find our rooms, explained how the parking situation worked. The pool was amazing its 8ft deep on one and and very well cleaned and maintained with a sky light to see outside and have some natural sun. The hot tub was also excellent and sadly I didnt go into there sauna but over heard one couple mention it was the best sauna they ever went to. The rooms were clean, and had plenty of space, you couldnt hear other rooms in yours. The water pressure of the showered is amazing as well. I will only be going to this hotel in Minneapolis in the future"
