The room was very nice and I loved the view to. The staff was nice as well. There where a few loud abnoxous people but that’s to be expected since it’s st. Patrick’s day weekend. But over all I like my experience here for being my first time here i would come again.

Did Nite come up to Hilton standards. Bathroom mirror was not clean. Toilet paper was sandpaper quality. Draft off window kept room cold even with thermostat turned up.

NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO THEATRES AND RESTAURANTS AND HOT COOKIE UPON ARRIVAL

No free internet

Location: I was there for business, so didn't get around much, but there is a nice pub down the street.
I was disappointed that they wanted to charge me for internet access because I was not a member of Hilton Rewards (or whatever it's called). The room was not cheap. There we signs all over, including the room, saying to let them know if you're not happy about something. I mentioned that I wanted free access to WiFi and, to their credit, they provided me with an access code. I just think it's a bit lame for a relatively up-scale hotel charge patrons for a service that many more inexpensive motels provide for free.

Nice hotel in downtown area

The room was large, nice, clean. Parking was tight in the ramp but we were able to find a spot each time we left and came back. We ordered room service, and that was quick and food was good. Desk staff was very friendly. Walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. A great experience in Minneapolis overall and at this hotel.

Great location

Stayed at the double tree before the McCartney concert, only a short walk to the target center. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Bar and restaurant help very polite. Fitness center had newer equipment. Nothing bad to say at all, looking forward to our next stay there.

Best Stay for a Great Price!

Pros: Very Clean and Comfortable. The room layout was great, very comfortably slept 6 people and was nice to have a separate area away from kiddos.
Cons: Speed of service and parking and comfort of pullout bed.
Location: We enjoyed Macy's Santa Land!
Though they couldn't find the reservation and check in took awhile the staff handled the issue very well and kept the kids happy with a warm cookie. We were a bit disappointed with downtown Minneapolis though, it was a little dilapidated looking, Nicollet Mall wasn't what I remembered it to be.

Great location near cultural centers

Pros: Engageable desk staff, parking on site, low-key bar on street level, normal layout and rooms.
Cons: Parking is not the cheapest.
Location: Minneapolis Institute of Art can be a full-day affair - great collection and cool temporary exhibitions. Don't miss the Walker for art & performance.
Walking distance to the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Walker Art Museum, several venues for dance performance, winter craziness downtown, and loads of excellent eating establishments.

Great Location!

Just need to walk 1 block to pick up a "Free Ride" bus (must ensure Free Ride is posted on the placard) to the light rail on 5th St. Or you can walk down Nicolette Mall to enjoy the stores and restaurants in the area.
