The staff was polyparoting the managers. And they were rude beyond, disbelief. The moto for the facility saiys if you do not like our facility the nights on us, in so many words. Not my kind of friendly service

I had my daughter stay there during a storm in Minnesota. The hotel is a short drive from her school. The snow storm caused a lot of problems and her phone wasn’t working. Hotel staff helped her get her phone charged and Jerome at the front desk did an amazing job keeping worried parents informed of how everything was going! Thanks for the extra attention!

Omggggggggggg this is my first time traveling alone in my 20s they made my first hotel visit my best hotel experience breakfast was tea ( which means good ) front desk was wonderful GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE they took real good care of me I was very cold they offered me a heater and maintenance came next day fixed it I loveeee it !!!!

Absolutely amazing staff! The hospitality was over the chart. The manager over cleaning was such a sweet lady. She went out of her way to do anything that was needed. The staff at the front desk, and just everyone in general. What a beautiful hotel, located by everything! So clean, we will definitely be back again.

None of the keys in the hotel worked , we had to be go to the lobby to get escorted to our rooms every time we left and came back, if you can imagine a few guest get back at the same time it becomes a wait just to get into the room you payed for, we checked out a night early due to this. This was for the entire hotel not just us! We had two rooms.

Staff was fantastic! Room was super clean! Parking is not great and $53 for valet! Breakfast was subpar but the worker was wonderful! Main complaint is the system being ‘down’ so they couldn’t us a room key that worked so a worker had to walk us to our room when we wanted in. I’ve stayed in ALOT of hotels and never had that issue. This isn’t the 1st time it’s happened they said, weird and super inconvenient.
