Safe stopped working . Had Meds in it . Staff did not get it open until next morning. Lock smith had to break the door open. I felt like I was in jail all night. Very Very uneasy feeling until I got the beeb out of there.

I absolutely loved the room! The lack of ice bucket or ice machine was kind of disappointing. Also the lack of food options at the hotel is somewhat disappointing. Still loved the room and service and definitely would recommend this hotel again!!!

It was a nice room. The main reason i booked this room was for the bath tub. Didnt get to use because the hot water never worked. And then the shower it was opposite. The showers cold water didnt work so i had to stand in corner of shower so i wouldnt get burned by scortching hot water! I rated it 2 stars because from desk checkout did at least refund me a portion of my booking back due to these issues. Otherwise it would have been a 1 for me. I will say it is very clean and staff are super sweet. But on the flip side if i pay over 400 dollars for 1 night for a room it would be nice if everything worked.

The description of what the hotel is nothing like what you get. When you walk in, it feels like a sauna. They have the smallest microwave in the lobby, not in the room. I was there with 4 friends for Pride weekend. They had absolutely nothing for Pride even though they were on street with the parade. They have a bar on the 5th floor overlooking the street. We were going to do drinks and watch the Parade. They had it closed for a private event, Absolut and invite only. The pictures may show there were people there, it's doctored. We were there. There were hardly any people there. When asked about it, the staff said it's an event space. Not what the website says. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Unless you are sleeping, taking a shower and going on your merry way..spend the $1200 for 4 people for 3 nights at another hotel down the street.

Overnight stay in Minneapolis.

Wasn’t a fan of the parking situation, the hotel itself was very nice & quiet. The surrounding area was very questionable. There was a fight that broke out at 4 in the afternoon and drug dealers all over. Really caught me off guard. It’s really close to Target Field and the Mayo Clinic.
