The hotel is modern and clean but my first room had pubic hair all over the floors. The nice lady up front quickly got me switched to another room which was perfect. I was not able to sleep because I could hear the traffic from the street, the bed was too firm for my liking, and the ceilings were thin. I could hear stomping very clearly although I could just barely hear talking. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs, another protein, apples, waffles, cereal. They do have hot coffee and hot water at all times which was nice when I wanted a tea at 9 PM. I never had an issue with parking (it's behind the hotel and they have an underground lot as well). I want to give Sara a shout out. I was interviewing for a position and needed to checkout 30 mins later than what the standard checkout time was. She easily accommodated me and that took a lot of stress off my plate. Thank you Sara for being so kind!

I would have given five stars if we hadn't been treated so disrespectful. The two women at the desk were very rude to my son when he went down to ask about breakfast and check out time because they did not mention any of that to me and when we got to the room there was nothing in our room to read about it. Okay we're not friendly and they did not smile.

Convenient location

Very convenient location. We hopped on the metro to go just about everywhere but it’s also an easy walking distance to lots of food as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Great stay!

Hotel room itself was great. No vent in the bathroom? Maybe I just didn’t know how to turn it on but it was quite foggy after 4 showers. There was a surprise parking fee deposit but we did get it back.
