much of the lobby was under construction, and the observation deck was closed. None of that was disclosed when we booked the property specifically to go on the observation deck.

The Living Bar & Prohibition Bar were closed due to construction, thus information was not relayed to us at any time prior to check in. We even got emails welcoming to “W” but nowhere stated bars weren’t open, to the contrary
