Bed was super comfortable. Great pillows. Very quiet. Beautiful view of fall foliage. A small table in the room hadnt been wiped down and some black debris on the bathroom counter. Nothing serious. Loved the complimentary valet service! Extremely helpful front desk staff. Pool and hot tub looked great, didnt use, tho.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room service was very disappointing because it came cold and we couldn’t warm it up (microwaves in the room and would have made all the difference). We ordered room service 3 times and it was consistently came to us quite cold and the one who delivered it seemed very unhappy. We had much higher expectations for that.
