Dear guest, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you've had. However, at our property, we strictly follow a regular inspection for any form of infestation or accumulation of unwanted particles. This goes along with a daily housekeeping routine where all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and supervised before being made available for booking.
