I was very disappointed to read of your experience during your stay with us. While an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the points mentioned in your review, especially the issues with the rooms and room key. This is a level of service that is certainly not acceptable and will be addressed. I am pleased to let you know that we have just embarked on a project to improve the facility and hence the experience of our customers.
