We had such a great experience at Hotel Crosby! The rooms are very nice and modern. The service at the matchstick bar was top notch. We were celebrating our marriage and they had left a bottle of wine for us in the room upon check-in. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I’m going to give it a “Covid 4/5 stars” because this is pretty much the best a hotel can do during these times. We came here for a 2-night getaway and the hotel was just right. This place is better located centrally than the other boutique hotel in town. Complimentary covered parking was a plus. Spa barely open, make reservations well in advance if available. Workout room was empty. Rooftop was very nice with limited seating. Rooms were very nice, not huge, but tasteful considering amenities are scaled back. Lobby was vibrant, colorful and cozy. Staff was extremely accommodating with extra towels, buckets of ice, and restaurant recommendations. Front desk guy Johnny did a great job answering questions and providing and restaurant suggestions. We didn’t get to try the in-house restaurant because of a storm during which everyone ran inside and wanted to eat. No room service or breakfast at the hotel, but several options if you walk just a short distance.

Beautiful new hotel and restaurant. Staff in the hotel and bar were great and attentive. Only 2 minor 'complaints': 1st, the large timbers surrounding the bed while interesting to look at, they make getting in and out of the bed difficult. They also take up a lot of floor space. 2nd, the silverware in the restaurant is interesting to look at but difficult to use, the shape rolls in your hand making it awkward to cut meat for instance. We will be back as it is a great location and a unique design. We especially enjoyed the artwork throughout. Ben
