The booking information says breakfast to go, but there was no breakfast available. The rooms clearly were smoked in and it clearly had long term renters that made the area unfriendly for children. There is construction so stores are not walkable distances.

Parking area is very well lit and seemed very safe. Entrance may be difficult for those with bags or physically impaired; one standard size manual door followed by another standard size manual door. Second floor is accessed by a staircase, although a staff elevator may be available. Rooms are small and appear very clean. Large TV that works well, good shower, but very uncomfortable bed and pillows.

They charge a $100 cash deposit to get a room that’s non smoking. The breakfast wasn’t much of anything. Overall, stay was ok for a quick night while traveling.

The staff was just fine. We didn't use the pool or hot tub as we were there for a concert at the Target Center and sought after a more affordable lodging option since it was just going to be preparing for the concert and sleeping. The room was fine for the, seemed to have been recently renovated, and straight forward. I was put off by how the deadbolt lock did not work on the door which was very unsettling and there was a car right outside our window that was playing music very loudly after midnight. The area at the top of the 2nd floor stairs, coming from the front desk, smelled very heavily like cigarette smoke as well. The breakfast is packaged, grab and go, "pastries." We were also unable to get the TV to actually work. Overall, not horrible for the much lower price tag. I don't believe I would stay again.

Im honestly not sure why this place ever would get a bad reveiw. Yes its a basic older hotel. We have now stayed here many times and it is always clean, In a good safe area and most important its budget freindly and has a super nice pool. Oh also the staff are wonderful. If you need a nice place with a pool and always clean look no further!

This hotel is an absolute gem. The property is recently renovated, the rooms are excellent with brand new bathrooms, great beds & high quality sheets, the TV, heating & cooling all worked oerfectly. There was a fridge & freezer & microwave in our room and free breakfast. The pool & hot tub looked great. Staff was very polite & accomodating. Phenomenal proce for tje quality. Very quiet. 5 stars. Constrction to get into the hotel was our only complaint.

On property guest laundry machines really helped out when staying more than a week. All staff personnel were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but it looked very nice to use if I wanted to.
