The entire place was so dirty. Rooms had peeling ceiling, things seemed sticky in room, very limited breakfast options. In conference rooms trash was rarely taken out, bathrooms were not cleaned several days in a row. Overall not a good experience.

This hotel is great except hot water was not available for showers. The water was barely warm enough to be able to take a shower…..and not just on one occasion, but constantly over the three days of our stay.

Well I stayed at this hotel because we rented one of the banquet rooms for my daughter’s grad party $$$. Well I tried to check in at 1:30 so I could get ready for the party. The front desk lady was so rude and said it was not ready ok understandable. Then went back at 2:40 and it still wasn’t ready and she said she had to go upstairs and check and would be back in 15-30 min. Well she finally came back at 3:12 and I was able to check in…late. The party started at 3. The room was barely cleaned. The shower was dirty and had a wet washcloth from the prior guests. I just can’t believe how rude she was. I get it they were short on help but she could have told me that from the start.

The hotel evening/night staff were excellent . Very quick response to our needs - Room was clean but short on supplies .. for bathroom and the kitchen have two forks .. one butter knife .. and one spoon.. dishes seemed to have a film and had to wash everything . No paper towels . Only 4 handicap spaces .. and parking lot over0-run with their wedding activities on the site Saturday night .. children running in and out or their venue to the hotel lobby and running all over outside . Very noisy . There were two wedding groups . Remodel not complete ..

The room had a kitchenette. There was one coffee cup, no water or wine glasses, no silverware, no pots, pans, or cooking utensils. Inquired at the front desk for some of these items and the person working did not know where to get these or if there even were any available. No smart TV options, such as Netflix. Hard floors and leather couch made the room cold and definitely not a cozy place to hang out. No extra blankets in the room. Canceled a future reservation at this property and will not be staying there again.
