My sincere apologies for what you encountered...It certainly is not the norm here at this hotel. We are a pet free facility but sometimes people sneak them in. That situation has been taken care of as they have been evicted. I am following up on the rest of issues and they will be corrected. Again, my deepest apologies for your less than perfect stay.

Thank you for staying with us! I am sorry that we don't provide a hot tub. Our pool is kept way above normal temps for guest to enjoy. FYI..Many new hotels that are being build are not including Hot tubs because of the cost and cleanliness. Again, thanks for staying with us and wee look forward to seeing you again.

I am so sorry for the less than perfect experience you had while staying here. After further investigation as to why the front desk was so absent from attending the breakfast. I learned that she was ill was and waiting for her replacement. Nothing contagious to our guests, but still did not feel very comfortable around people. Again, I am sorry for your experience and hope you try us again.
