Well for starters there was pubic hair on the towels. Then the firealarm kept going off in the hallway and it took us calling 3 times before maintence came and fixed it. Overall staff and customer service are horrible and not a clean property. Would not recommend

However, after searching around the property, I couldn’t find one. Later, when I checked with other staff members, they informed me that there is actually no elevator. Because of this, I had to carry my heavy bags upstairs myself, which was quite hectic after a long day of travel. It would be helpful if the information shared at check-in was accurate, especially for guests traveling with luggage. "
