Very nice but the strobe light....

A new and very nice hotel, comfortable with good service. The rooms have a device on the ceiling that continuously flashes a strobe light; its rather annoying. Don't know what it is but looks like a camera housing; makes me nervous. Ask for a room on the north side, the freeway noise on the south side is bothersome.

Easy access to the Toyota Pavilion in Concord. Safe area nice rooms and a comfy bed after a 3 hour concert.

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal. The only discomfort that we experienced was traffic noise due to the fact our that our room was facing the Interstate side. However, our stay was very comforting, clean with a spacious area. Thank you!!

Nice hotel for Pittsburg Antioch area...

Brand new hotel. Very nice decor and very comfortable. Decent weight room. Across the parking lot from Starbucks and federal courthouse is literally across the street so pretty safe area. Right beside the Bart. Highly recommend.

I booked online an there was nothing stating I have to leave a $100 deposit on top of my room fee, elevators were broke and had to use the stairs to get to my room on the third floor with all my bags. Staff didn’t care and failed to mention it when heading to my room an had a didn’t care attitude when asked how I was supposed to get to my room.

The reception desk was kind and delightful. They were having a system issue that was impacting check-ins and they were so nice and polite. I had a memorial to get to and they walked me to my room to check in so I could get ready and be on time. The ladies continued to be kind even when other folks were escalating due to an Expedia booking error that wasn’t on the hotel. And let me tell you, some folks aren’t nice. These ladies stayed calm, had to be firm but never vented or said anything unprofessional. I was really impressed. It was a heatwave and folks were coming in already “hot.” They were giving everyone water and helping with bags. Again super impressed and it’s so walkable from the BART station.
