Property wasn't bad and worked for our purpose. I was a bit disappointed with the room key reader that created an inconvenience. We were told it would be fixed, but it seemed that there was little or no communication between staff members. We had to walk from the back of the building to the front to get someone to open the door for us. They should have just fixed it while we were away and provided us a key afterwards. Unfortunately, one staff said it will be fixed and gave us a key that didn't work, while the other said it wasn't fixed and we have to wait until the original staff member returned before it can be fixed. Luckily, we only stayed two nights. Not sure if we will stay there again after this experience.

Horrible I was stranded and down to my last $170 and fully paid for a one nights sleep which at best would’ve been 4hrs in between shift but I couldn’t stay because I didn’t have the “deposit” human decency is dead

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the ceiling in our room was bubbling from water damage and actively leaking. The entire place reeked of mold. We immediately requested a refund but were told we had to wait until Monday to speak with the manager because no one else could authorize it. Since it was the weekend, we were stuck. We were offered another room, but it was somehow even worse—it had bed bugs. We didn’t end up staying at all because of how unsafe and unsanitary the entire property was. The rooms were filthy, clearly not mopped or cleaned, and the grounds were full of cockroaches, raccoons, and other pests. There were also signs of illicit activity on the premises, which added to the feeling of being completely unsafe. This place should be shut down. It’s a health and safety hazard. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel is not fit for anyone.
