I have stayed at this hotel several times now and it has always been clean, accommodating and courteous. The staff is always helpful and when we have an event there, everything is handled beautifually.

Reserved room on but on day of reservation front desk tried to cancel to get other clients at a higher rate. Called 2 times telling them not to cancel and finally resolved. very stressfull

Overnight Stay

Pros: It was convenient & our other choices were sold out.
Cons: I don't like their policy of withholding a $200 deposit and for that reason would not return. That amount is uncalled for.

we were attending a party in the area & didn't want to drive 2 hours home that eventing.

Significant room damage. Furniture, walls etc..

Upon check in I was asked for a "separate credit card number" for "incidentals". Upon entering the room we noticed major damage to the entertainment center where television sits. The large drawers below television were completely unusable, off track with one side of the upper of two drawers sagging onto the other drawer preventing use, missing hand knob. Upon further inspection we noticed heavy damage to lamp shades and walls. I became concerned and wanted hotel manager or maintenance staff come up to the room to verify damage "prior" to our stay and departure so that we wouldn't be blamed for the damage. I called front to desk to request someone come look. Was told by front dest clerk that a maintenance person would be up to look. They never showed up so I called the front desk again and the same person told me not to worry that I wouldn't be charged for any damage. I explained that it wasn't a very legitimate process of verifying pre existing damage to a room by simply stating that "we wouldn't be charged for any damage." Highly recommend NOT staying here. Could never get any verification that I wouldn't be charged for a ridiculous amount of damage to a $130.00 a night room!?!? Low class place! Wouldn't even give me a receipt for my stay. I canceled my bank card just to be sure I would be charged bogus fees for damage we didn't create. Place was also dirty!
