The room was clean and the staff nice but our toilet paper holder was broken so the TP either went on the floor or toilet. Also, one of the electrical outlets was not screwed in and didn’t seem to cover the hole. The bed was uncomfortable. Not staying here again.

Location of the property was close to UCHealth hospital. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was not cleaned as best as it could have been. Hair in the shower and a dirty shower curtain. Housekeeping knocked on our door even when our do not disturb was up.

Hotel was undergoing a big update. Our room was newly renovated. Was very nice. Big enough, had a little kitchen and couch area and bedroom area. Almost a suite. Staff friendly. The lobby was being redone so stuff was moving around as they did work. But it wasn't loud, no biggie.

"Cute place, quiet and perfect location to walk to everything in town and loved the very large room. Southwestern restaurant attached was really yummy too. Only complaint is black out shades are needed as the sun rises and faces the bed. They are sheer drapes but it’s not enough to block."
