No hot water-broken hot water heater! No access via the side doors-card reader broken! No constant electricity-power up and down a few times! No tv remote in the room! No discount on the room due the crappy conditions. No way I will ever stay in this run down mismanaged POS again.

There are a lot of extended stay people at this hotel. They all have dogs - they all come down during breakfast and ask for money, ask you to jump their car, ask for a ride. There is no cleaning service your entire stay - at all. They only clean when you leave. Everything smells like dog poo. Not 1 staff member our entire stay knew how to do anything we asked - they all had to talk to a manager and then would get back to me. Never staying here again.

Booking through Expedia - they will charge you a $75 “holding fee” once you check out and they check your room and confirm you didn’t destroy it - they’ll give you the $75 back. Also - even if your room is ready and available for you - you will not be allowed to enter the room until 3pm. 1 minute before 3PM and you will be charged an additional $50. Place must be going out of business as they are hard up for money. Nickel and dime you for everything. We drove 8 hours to this hotel - and because we arrived at 2:50 we were not allowed into the room or allowed to use the public restroom. Not until 3pm or it’s a $50 charge.

Our check in was nothing but disappointing. We travel from Nebraska often and check into places very early into the morning hours, with or without a reservation. Commonly 2 or 3 am. The woman at the front called us at 3am and told us she was about to do her audit and wondered if we were coming in. (I've never had a call like that before from anywhere) and luckily we were pulling up into the parking lot. She checked us in before we walked in the door and started her audit. We had to stand and wait for her to finish it. Extremely tired after an 8 hour drive. We asked the woman why she started the audit process, as she had just talked to us and we said we were pulling up, it could have waited. She started to get loud about how she was being courteous and checking us in before doing the audit. The conversations got heated and the woman suggested that we leave if we didnt like the way things were going to be. As for the property, oh the rooms are SO CUTE! Have never stayed there before. Besides the initial incident upon arrival at 3am, the place was nice.
