"We enjoyed our stay at the Roosevelt. It was a great location to experience the city on foot. At check in, Alexis found out it was our anniversary and sent a lovely gift basket to our room. I was refreshing to have daily (and sometimes mulit-daily) room service with clean towels brought in and our room picked up. We had forgotten how nice real service can be and the staff at the Roosevelt reminded us. Thank you for your service with a smile while we were there."

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! The hotel was clean, the housekeeping staff was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The only 2 drawbacks were that the fridge didn't keep anything cold and the blankets are very thin. We requested extras and were given 2 so that fixed the issue. I'm sure we could have had the fridge switched out but we weren't that worried about it. All in all a great stay in a great hote."

"Clean facility, friendly staff. If you want a quiet stay and access to the pool, go on a weekday. If you choose a room that is not on the Bourbon Street side, it is pretty quiet, especially on weekdays. Summer weekends are very busy and extremely loud-no room at the pool and the hotel played very loud, booming music all day on the weekends until dusk. We chose those days to visit the WW2 museum, so we were able to avoid the crowd. The Bourbon Street side of the hotel is currently across the street from several “gentlemen’s clubs” and on weekends, loud music is played during the day and until 4 am. The hotel staff were very kind and able to move us to a room on the opposite side of the hotel so our stay was pleasant."
