"Everyone at the front desk was more than pleasant. Upon check-in I was greeted formally and respectfully, as well as immediately feeling as if I belonged. The breakfast buffet that I annihilated every morning was super delicious and all the staff at Sears were amazing. Room was super cool and they took care of us when the boil water advisory took everyone by surprise."
