Room was too warm and not able to control temp in room. Elevators very slow up and down. 4 am alarm in room and on several floors not able to reach front desk for info…went down 20 flights on foot to learn from other hotel occupants it was a false alarm. Hotel under construction

staff was really nice, bathrooms had everything provided even slippers bathrobes conditioner shampoo shower gel. rooms were pin drop silent so could sleep easily and everywhere was very clean :)
