Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The breakfast offerings were very limited. The property was located near a commuter train track. The last train went by at 1:15 am and the first train started at 6:15 am. The trains went by every 20 minutes making it very difficult to sleep through the night.

My toilet wasn't working at 9 pm and they sent someone right away to fix it. I was very impressed. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable and the coffee machine in room didn’t work.

It was nice to be able to walk along the river. Thought it would be better if there was attention to picking up any trash along the walkway. The hotel was a perfect location for our needs and Ana was very caring and helpful in assisting with our needs.

The staff here is top notch. Ana at the front desk was super accommodating when I arrived early for my reservation after a long work trip. I was exhausted and she partnered with room service to get me a room as soon as she could. Then parking at the hotel after our event was a disaster. Sam helped my husband find a spot in the lot. Everyone was so kind. The hotel was great for the one night stay.

Needs some upkeep. We stayed two separate times during our road trip to break up the drive. First time our bathroom was missing a shower curtain and most ice machines were broken. Second time they completely ran out of coffee during breakfast! Elevators were also a bit wonky - the button was broken on our floor and the indicator lights were reversed.
