Very, very dirty hotel, I hated it, dirty bathroom, filthy bedroom carpet, even filthy hallway carpet, you know when you arrive! even the elevator is dirty! the breakfast??? horrible! I give 0 stars to this hotel, I don't recommend it to anyone

Stay away! Free breakfast was joke! The fridge, microwave, window blinds did not work! The carpet smelled like pee! The bathroom tiles were so sticky! The chair was disgustingly filthy! I understand being short staffed bcuz of COVID but when we called the front desk AGAIN n AGAIN about the disgusting room, we were rushed off the phone and were told we already told you someone was coming. Ridiculous!!!!!! Max the handyman was great! He did what he could to help with all the issues in the grimy room. Everything else was awful! We were there for a family funeral but thanks for making an already tough weekend even worse.

Please accept my apology for any inconvenience we may have caused you during your stay with us. We certainly did not deliver the service and quality you would expect from the Hampton Inn & Suites Harrison and were not pleased with the service we have provided. I expect all guest service agents to follow up with each guest to ensure our valued guests are satisfied with their accommodation. We are working on getting on a better way to communicate with our guests from the staff. I would like to use your situation as a training tool for our entire staff. I would like to thank you for bringing this situation to my knowledge. Our mission is to "Impress the Guest" and in your case, we failed to do that. I will use this as a training opportunity with the rest of our staff to improve our service and learn from our mistakes. We want to offer the best service possible, and responses, from our guests, help us to accomplish that. Thanks again for your understanding. I hope you will give us another opportunity to demonstrate the quality and service we are capable of providing.. Once again please accept my sincere apologies for my entire staff.

I was told by the receptionist that I shouldn’t have been allowed to book a room with two queen beds through a third party. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to call Travelocity so that they could find me a room available in the city. After a few minutes, she was able to find a room with two double beds. Extremely disappointed.

The front desk service was friendly & helpful. Our shuttle driver, Alex was great also. Housekeeping was not friendly and we had to ask for items at breakfast that had run out.
