Good with issues

The breakfast was good. Some request were not attended like the microwave we have to move it, because no has electric power in the area, the shower drain does not work properly. When we enter on the room 524 it’s smell very bad, like orine. The next day we checked the mattress and it had a big stain. See the picture below. Once we told the front desk the problem was promptly solve.

The staff were fantastic. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean. The buffet breakfast was a little less than expected for a Hampton Inn. Not a very walkable area, but easy enough to Uber. No trouble getting a parking spot there in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. We just left our car there and used public transportation and Uber while we were there. It was easy to get to off the highway.

The morning staff is good, but evening staff is less friendly. The pool was closed and was very disappointing for the kids especially. The price we paid was too much for very less facility. The breakfast was ok, most eggs were burnt be it cheese egg omlette or scrambled. Kids were disappointed as there were not waffles on Monday and Tuesday. Kindly disclose pool closure as soon as someone books the property. Add a note to the automated booking confirmation.

I had an unpleasant experience during my recent stay. Despite being scheduled to check out on the same day, a housekeeping staff member entered my room for service while I was still sleeping. This was a serious breach of privacy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it was due to miscommunication, but such incidents should never happen. Proper coordination and respect for guests' space is essential. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and briefs the staff properly to avoid similar situations in the future.
