The facility was clean, staff was helpful, they have the best hotel breakfast buffet! The manager was out greeting guests on the busiest days. Would definitely stay again. Also, the pool was open even in December.

The hotel staff was very accomodating. Hotel guests across from my room were very noisy, but were quiet at bedtime. I liked the amenities the hotel offered and I had 2 good nights of sleep.

If you are heading to Newark this is an excellent choice. I have stayed twice in the last month to attend concerts with my child at the prudential center. I was worried to stay in Newark but the hotel has a gated parking lot. I appreciate when checking in the staff doesn’t say your room number out loud. They simply say your room number is on the envelope with your keys. As a woman traveling alone with a teenager I appreciate the extra measures taken to make guests feel safe.

The place is suitable for a business trip. It is clean, and it is quiet in the sense that you don't hear much of the next-door neighbor. The lobby is nice, and they provide items for you to use. A major critique was the air conditioning unit in the room, which would make a massive noise at night. You either had to turn it off and sweat all night or listen to it hammer the whole night.

The property worked well for an overnight stay to catch a flight in the am. Gloria at the front desk went out of her way to help me resolve an issue I had with a Bonvoy gift certificate. We greatly appreciate her extra efforts to a positive resolution. Everyone else at the hotel including the shuttle drivers was very cordial. I would stay again.
