I accidentally booked the wrong date. I repeatedly called the property to update the dates accordingly, but no one ever answered the phone. I reached out to Expedia. They too tried to reach the property, but never received an answer. This is TERRIBLE customer service! How can you charge me for a hotel that I did not stay in!?!? I will NEVER book with this property again!

This has been a great experience at Capital Hotel. Although my stay was short, this place was welcoming from the start. Michael was the one who greeted me at the front desk and he was thoughtful and kind. I had asked for an early check in and he was kind enough to get me in quick. The room was clean and put together and made everything easy access in the area. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff who greeted me and bid me farewell!

The service was always helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, nice views. Very close to a subway stop so it was quite easy getting around NYC.

The property staff is rude, asked me to sign a blank paper for the credit card authorization and refused my entry when I denied ... and didn't even refund, save your money and don't fall into the low prices, also check their terms where they charge 100usd for authorization with no psperwork
